Claire Parkinson is a highly experienced executive; who specialises in change strategies and complex negotiations. She is the Integration Executive at Oz Minerals.
Seventeen years global experience as a Prison Governor developed a passion for working with diverse people groups and rapidly changing landscapes that required outside-the-box solutions.
Claire is accountable for guiding significant enterprise-wide change activity, connecting work streams and enhancing the level of integration across OZ Minerals.
Working with OZ Minerals since 2016, Claire has acted in various roles including Head of Corporate Affairs, Innovation Strategy Lead and Change Execution Lead.
Starting her career in the Criminal Justice Sector, Claire held roles as Prison Governor and Head of Operations for all London Prisons and Probation. Migrating from the UK to Australia in 2011, Claire then headed up Justice Sector Reform for South Australia.
Most recently, Claire ran her own strategic advisory company where her wealth of experiences drawn from diverse leadership roles across multiple sectors helped leaders create environments that strive for growth, and that connect and enable complex change.
