The Challenge

HomeStart, a financial services organisation committed to making home ownership a reality, faced a pivotal moment: a significant technology implementation that would transform the way they operated. With a go-live event on the horizon, the executive team recognised the need for a unified and cohesive leadership approach to guide their organisation through the transition.

HomeStart engaged SynergyIQ to deliver the Reframe Change™ program, tailored as a group coaching and workshopping experience. The program focused on:

As the go-live event approached, the executive team began applying their learnings in real time. This shift in perspective transformed how they approached obstacles, fostering a culture of confidence and adaptability.

When asked how the implementation went, the Chief Customer Officer reflected: "It went well. People told us they were ready. No one needed more time; people felt confident."

Following the success of the executive team’s program, they extended the opportunity to their direct reports—HomeStart’s senior leadership team. Taking a best-practice approach, the executive leaders didn’t just delegate development; they facilitated it.
The senior leaders completed the Reframe Change™ program, with a member of the executive team leading a 1-hour debrief after each session. These debriefs were focused on identifying key learnings and putting them into immediate action. This cascading model ensured alignment, accountability, and practical application across layers of leadership.
