The Problem

A refreshed strategy, vision, and business plan were needed to improve cultural outcomes.

The Approach

The university initiated a comprehensive culture program, starting with a diagnostic phase, followed by a series of workshops and executive coaching sessions. This culminated in a Culture Vision that dovetailed with strategic goals and a practical 'ITDS' values framework for staff to integrate into their daily roles.

Leadership engagement and redefined values led to improved alignment with customer outcomes and an uplift in community engagement, with stakeholders actively embracing the new cultural direction.
